Statement of Marks / Copy of diploma

Primary Education Teaching

No diploma sanctions the primary studies. The pupil receives a report card. To obtain a copy of it, you must apply with the school in question.

Exception. - One can address to the Management of the Sanction Studies of the Ministry of Education for the statements of notes of 7th year of the years 1939 to 1963.

Secondary Education

For the Statement of Marks from the Ministry between 1939 and 1965, from grades 9, 10, 11 and 12, you must address to the Management of the Sanction Studies of the Ministry of Education.

People who wish to obtain copy of a Statement of Marks or of a diploma of the general training of the young people or adults or vocational training (4th and 5th secondary) must communicate in writing with the Management of the Sanction Studies of the Ministry of Education to request that they prepare your documents.

To obtain a note for a recovery examination, please address yourself to the Management of the Sanction Studies of the Ministry of Education.

To obtain an official copy of your diploma, please address yourself to the Management of the Sanction Studies of the Ministry of Education in Quebec.
